Work Out Play List

New work out plans

 I would like to talk to you guys about some of my new work out goals and I hope that some of you who been wanting to lose wait will join me or even try this out for yourself. I am not planing on going over bored like most people do I seen people be in the gym for 4 to 6 hours a day all 7 days of the week its like having a full time job,  

                                                   GYM 

Gym-socialmedia  So If you can Afford a gym membership then please get one their are also cheap membership from Planet fitness $20 bucks a month and Blink which is $15 bucks a month Once you get to the gym during the day make sure you set your self a 30 to 60 minute of work out time no more no less i always start off with Cardio then move on to other types of work outs the i know would help me out and if your not sure what to do ask one of the trainers or join of  of many free classes the gym has to offer, also make sure to always have water and two towels one for yourself and one to clean the machine, after going a few trips to the gym you will come up with your own work outs,

                                                 Focus T-25    
Focus-T251 You Might recognize this man from p90X  and the Insanity workout dvds myself and a few friends all tried them both but could never keep up this is why i am suggestion that you use the Focus T-25 instead  it takes an hour worth of work outs and Condense it in to 25 minutes or body burning fat shredding work out and unlike the others this one has a modified version of all the workout so that people do do not exercise regularly or or super large can be able to adjust to this, 

 Schedule – This is my work out Schedule you do not have to use mines but you can make your own to however you feel comfortable doing it,      Sundays & Mondays between 8, 9, or 10 am gym time, Sunday & Monday Mornings Night 9, 10 or 11 Pm T-25 work out dvd. Tuesday Rest day its very important to  rest,  Wednesday & Thursday Night 9, 10 or 11 Pm T-25 work out dvd  8,9 or 10 am Gym time Wednesday & Thursday  Night 9, 10 or 11 Pm T-25 work out dvd. If we keep this up and limit the amount of bad foods & drinks that we eat in a short 3 to 6 months we will have some drastic changes, for those of you who use fat burners or weight loss pills just be careful ok. 

Dinner Recipies

I am going to try and post a low calorie low sodium Pasta Dinner Recipe one of my favorite foods in the world is pasta and if I can eat it and still be healthier then I have done myself a great service so I want to share with all of you some things I been experimenting with I hope you all like it and find it useful,

Apple pie
Apple pie is one of America’s most famous desserts but it has a lot of sugar and calories I fond a recipe that is very delicious and very simple to pull off, these are the Ingredients that you will need.
3 apples, cored and sliced, 1/2 cup applesauce, unsweetened, 1 1/2 tsp lemon juice, 1 tsp Splenda brown sugar substitute (you can substitute regular Splenda if needed) 1 scoop vanilla whey (look for low calorie, low or no carb, and sugar free , 1/2 tsp cinnamon or so to taste.
Topping. 1 cup oatmeal, 1-2 tbsp brown sugar (you can use Splenda brown sugar substitute, 1 scoop vanilla whey ,2 tbsp Smart Balance, and protein or fiber powder. Directions: Mix together base ingredients and spoon into a greased bread loaf pan. Combine the topping mix and crumble over the base. Bake at 350 degrees F for 35-40 minutes, or until golden brown. Traditional apple pie has 420 calories and 20 grams fat this one has 156 calories 3.9 grams fat per-serving.

Salad
So this is a Salad what I have eaten at a friends house when I saw what was in it I thought it was strange but it turned out to be every Delicious here is what you will need Organic Red and Green lettuce, pure Mozzarella Cheese squares Cherry Tomatoes, Spinach, Apple squares, Almonds do not forget to wash all the veggies your planing to use, now has for dressing I use a low calorie low fat Ranch or berry dressing which works with with this type of salad, it also depends on which type you guys like,

Kamut Pasta
this 100% Whole Grain, Organic Pasta I selected this not only it has a buttery flavor and easy to digest but for its many health benefits such as Selenium , Manganese, Magnesium, Zinc, Fiber and Protein you can cook this just like you cook normal regular pasta.

Homemade source
for those of you wishing not to do all this hard work you can buy a low sodium low calorie pasta source at the market, however I would like to use a homemade organic source if you have amachine like the magic bullet it will make chopping mixing all of this a lot faster, Ingredients, 3-4 cans of Crushed Tomatoes (either regular or with basil, oregano and garlic) 28 oz. sized cans OR 12-15 fresh tomatoes (peeled, chopped and blended in a food processor) 4 cloves of garlic dried basil (probably 3-5 Tbsp) A bunch of black pepper 1 TBP of sea salt 1 TBSP of Sugar or raw cane (optional)2 TSBP olive oil ⅓ cup of grated Parmesan or Romano Cheese Minced Green Peppers (optional) Instructions Heat the olive oil in a 5+ qt. pot over medium heat, and add the chopped or pressed garlic. Heat for one to two minutes, making sure not to burn the garlic, then add all the tomatoes, black pepper, basil and sugar. Stirring often, bring to a low boil.Reduce heat to low and simmer for 2-3 hours stirring often.
For the first half of the simmer time, do so with the pot uncovered, then cover. Add the cheese, stir in and simmer for an additional 5 minutes or so.This will make the equivalent to 4-5 jars of sauce, and the cost is probably about half (and it tastes way better). now some people mix their homemade source with one they can buy at they store it’s not bad try it, and do not forget to have some jars handy so you can put your source in it when your done,

Chicken cutlets
A lot of people like Chicken cutlets it taste great but it doesn’t always have to be fried here is what we need Ingredients 1 lb. chicken breast cutlets (or whole breasts sliced in half, 3/4 cup seasoned breadcrumbs, 1 tbsp. parsley 2 egg whites, whisked Sea Salt, Pepper & Light adobo , Instructions Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Lightly pound the chicken breast cutlets to a uniform thickness. I like mine of the thin side, but any thickness will work as long as they are similar so they cook evenly. Season chicken with salt and pepper.Mix together the breadcrumbs and parsley. Set out in a shallow dish.Dip the chicken into the egg, letting excess drip off. Then dredge in the breadcrumbs. Set on a prepared baking sheet. Repeat with remaining chicken. Bake for 15-25 minutes until chicken is fully cooked, flipping halfway through. Some people don’t use the normal breadcrumbs but union ring chips and some people make their own breadcrumbs using Gluten free breadcrumbs.

Garlic Bread
No Pasta dish is complete without Garlic bread so I have a recipe that can help buy using gluten free bread
Ingredients 1 1/2 Tbsp reduced-calorie margarine, melted, 2 clove(s) (medium) garlic clove(s), crushed
1 Tbsp chives, chopped 1 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped 4 slice(s) Italian bread, (1 oz slices)1 spray(s) cooking spray, butter-flavored 3 Tbsp rosemary 1/2 Tbsp Pepper & sea salt.

Drinks
water, low sugary drinks ice tea or regular tea, juice, wine. any thing you like, if any of you have recipes you think is more healthier please let me know..

New Weight loss goals

before I get on with the goals i want to get a little person and talk to you about my battles with being over weight i am hoping that people who are dealing with the same thing can see that their not alone at this, All my life I have struggled with being fat like a lot of us do I am sure that we all have tried many things and some of us have failed or life has taken over so we cannot dedicate all the time we need to deal with losing all the weight or a few ponds now I was reaching 400 ponds due to stress and emotional eating and had type 2 Diabetes and high blood pressure and cholesterol i was even starting to lose my breath at night which is never a good thing I have also been one of those who active a lot and the weight would never stabilize so I went and looked in to getting Surgery,

There are types of weight loss Operations so it is best to do your research and talk to people who has done through it and monitor their changes this helps get rid of being Scared, for two years i came in contact with a guy who had this Sleeve Gastrectomy operation that’s when they cut out a large part of your stomach. I got to know this man really well he has help me a lot when I saw the Doctors had the meetings and even start all the other doctor visits I decided why wait until i get the surgery let me start now so I started to change everything.

Drinks.

I was drinking 2 or some times 3 20 Oz bottles of soda a day yeah I know its crazy so I started limiting the amount to one 16 oz a day and started to drink a lot more water and taking a water bottle with me every where I went. In the morning I started Drinking juice in a shot glass and start having sodas 3 times a week, then I started a drinking chart I was drinking ! soda a week, then as subs 1 ice a week and Gatorade and everything else water, I wasn’t sure if I was strong enough to make these changes but it started to work in 2 months i noticed i lost a few ponds,

Meals.
There are a lot of things with meals some times we eat will we are stressed or pissed off and some times we are on meds that makes us over eat and some of us of glandular problems and portion control Unfortunately a few of us suffer from all of the above, i use to heat awhile box of mac n cheese and half a pond of meat so you know that differently isn’t good, and some times if i already ate and went out with friends and they would buy something to eat i would do, it was a horrible trigger i had to get rid of, so i start by, limiting all bad greasy foods and lowering my portion then I started to eat more fruits and Veggies and also cutting down on snacks then eating very small portions 6 times a day.


Sorta work outs,

As soon As I got those things under control started to set my alarm to 8 am waking up and taking a walk for an hour around the park or the neighborhood while listening to books or music once i got use to walking I started jogging and I bought two 15 ponds dumb bells and a resistance band, and i use them while i was watching tv, 7 months later I lost 25 ponds then it was time for my operation,
I just want to let everyone know that Weight loss Surgery is a tool and you MUST keep up with the meal plans and work out in order for you to lose as much ass possible as time goes on you will be hungry again but never over eat and try not to stray, you will lose a lot of weight but the problem is keeping it off, if you not careful it will come back ,

Now that you know a little bout my horrible habits in the past I can now tell you everything I have changed and on a side bar it is very easy for skinny people doctors and even fitness instructors to say work out more and eat less 85 % of those people never had these types of problems like we do so try not to listen to them so much and try to find what fits you very body is different and of different needs make sure you can find the best one for you,

New Goals,
Right now I am currently 250 ponds I had the operation a year and 4 months ago i am happy with my changes but i would like to go down to 180 or an even 200 ponds, so my new goals are simple and hard at the same time.
Go to the gym in the morning for an hour.
Eat 6 times a day but make sure the things are healthy and high in protein their are many books and guides online that can help you,

A lot more water and less sugar stuff and if you need to have ice team with 10 grams or less of sugar, and try some of the cleansing or flushing your body drinks those are short terms,

if your running an earrings and taking the bus or subway get off two stops before and walk,

Build my own personalized meal book using a combination of the meal plan from my operation, vegan, vegetarian organic and anything healthy this will be fun, look up books called Eat this not that and stuff about natural ways to burn belly fat and boost Metabolism.

Snacks try to find protein bars and low sugar candies so my suggestion is if you buy like a a king size crunch bar keep it in the freezer and break them in to small pieces so it can last you the whole week and the bars you can take with you with your water bottle so you can have something to snack on so you wont be over eating or spending money,

Buy or download any of the work out dvds like P90, focus t 25 or any other light work outs and use it at night like around 8 or 10:30 pm to end the night.
Get Rid of WHITE DEATH White bread White Sugar ,White rice and White Pasta are considered by some to not be too health so consider getting whole grain whole wheat , brown rice or Quinoa Raw or Cain sugar

Try talking Multi Vitamins and fiber supplements i’m not sure if fat burners work but if you like to try them.

Wraps – a long with everything Else i am also trying out these wraps you put them on your stomach and drink some water and after 45 minutes it is suppose to help melt the fat in your body and tighten that area once i start I will let you know and if any of you are interested in them please let me know i’ll hook you up,

Most importantly try to incorporate some of these with a few things that will only work for you in to your scheduled this is going to take a lot of work and getting use to but believe me this will help you out at the end and you will be a lot more happy and healthy and that is something that we all want Never stop looking for way to help yourself and for those are you who are 150 ponds or more overweight consider any of the surgeries they will help you as well, but you have to remember this is a tool not a magic pill you still have to work out and follow a meal plan and talk to your doctors for any changes, these are my new goals and im happy to share with you all,

Dangers of Obesity

Now before I get to my subject i would like to take some time tot tell you why i am qualify to speak on this matter, unlike 90% of other blogs on this matter most of the write are Physical Trainers, Body builders, Health nuts and Doctors but how many Blogs about Obesity are written by Fat,Chubby, Big boned, Large, Thrumpy, Obese , Bulky, Pudgy, Chunky, Plump, husky, Medical Complications of Obesityr JumboTron what ever it is most people call us I really do not have time to be politically correct about the name, My point is how many of these bloggers or people who write articles about being Obese are actually fat like me that’s why I am qualified to speak on this matter, as someone who has experience with being a large man, i wanted to write the 11 most dangerous Health hazards that people inherit by being Obese and how they are connected I want to try and help others understand why staying this way isn’t a good idea and next week I’m going to write about some things to do to lose a few pounds in order to get ready for a harder work out,
Type 2 Diabetes.
It isn’t clear why people who are overweight are more likely to develop this disease.I think being overweight causes cells to change making them resistant to the hormone insulin. Insulin carries sugar from blood to the cells, The Cells that makes Insulin works extra hard to try and keep blood sugar normal this can be a reason why these cells fail, Type 2 diabetes is a disease in which blood sugar levels are above normal. High blood sugar is a major cause of heart disease, kidney disease, stroke, amputation, and blindness. . Family history and genes play a large role in type 2 diabetes. Other risk factors include a low activity level, poor diet, and excess body weight around the waist. In the United States, type 2 diabetes is more common among blacks, Latinos, and American Indians than among whites. About 80 percent of people with type 2 diabetes are overweight or obese. you do not want to have any form of Diabetes you have to constantly watch what you eat and drink not to mention inject yourself with insulin a lot which can be a tremendous pain and one of the worst things is that if your not careful and do not follow what they doctors says you could lose some toes or a foot and let’s be honest people none of us want to lose body parts,
High Blood Pressure.
Every time your heart beats, it pumps blood through your arteries to the rest of your body. Blood pressure is how hard your blood pushes against the walls of your arteries. High blood pressure Some people say (hypertension) usually has no symptoms that is a lie from personal experience being in hypertension sucks ass you feel over heated headaches, dizziness and a lot of sweating , these symptoms may cause serious problems, such as heart disease, stroke, and kidney failure High blood pressure is linked to overweight and obesity in several ways. Having a large body size may increase blood pressure because your heart needs to pump harder to supply blood to all your cells. Excess fat may also damage your kidneys, which help regulate blood pressure. A blood pressure of 120/80 mm Hg (often referred to as “120 over 80”) is considered normal. If the top number (systolic blood pressure) is consistently 130 or higher or the bottom number (diastolic blood pressure) is 90 or higher, you are considered to have high blood pressure. if you take a blood pressure test and you get 132/90 or high your in pre or hypertension stage so please be careful and try to low it down.
Heart Disease.
People who are overweight or obese often have health problems that may increase the risk for heart disease. These health problems include high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and high blood sugar. In addition, excess weight may cause changes to your heart that make it work harder to send blood to all the cells in your body. Heart disease is a term used to describe several problems that may affect your heart. The most common type of problem happens when a blood vessel that carries blood to the heart becomes hard and narrow. This may keep the heart from getting all the blood it needs. Other problems may affect how well the heart pumps. If you have heart disease, you may suffer from a heart attack, heart failure, sudden cardiac death, angina (chest pain), or abnormal heart rhythm. Heart disease is the leading cause of death in the United State heart Disease isn’t a joke please make sure to go and check your self out when ASAP .
Stroke & Heart
Overweight and obesity are known to increase blood pressure. High blood pressure is the leading cause of strokes. Excess weight also increases your chances of developing other problems linked to strokes, including high cholesterol, high blood sugar, and heart disease.A stroke happens when the flow of blood to a part of your brain stops, causing brain cells to die. The most common type of stroke, called ischemic stroke, occurs when a blood clot blocks an artery that carries blood to the brain. Another type of stroke, called hemorrhagic stroke, happens when a blood vessel in the brain bursts. Strokes can leave you paralyze if you are able to survive I know I would hate to end up unable to work on my business or go to conventions.
Cancer.
This is new to me I have never heard of people getting cancer for being overweight, Gaining weight as an adult increases the risk for several cancers, even if the weight gain doesn’t result in overweight or obesity. he is something interesting It isn’t known exactly how being overweight increases cancer risk. Fat cells may release hormones that affect cell growth, leading to cancer. Also, eating or lack physical activity habits that may lead to being overweight may also contribute to cancer risk. Cancer occurs when cells in one part of the body, such as the colon, grow abnormally or out of control. The cancerous cells sometimes spread to other parts of the body, such as the liver. Cancer is the second leading cause of death receiving Kimo or radiation for cancer treatment is really painful and sometimes will make u sicker than you already are ,
Sleep Apnea.
Sleep apnea is a condition in which a person has one or more pauses in breathing during sleep. A person who has sleep apnea may suffer from daytime sleepiness, difficulty focusing, and even heart failure. some times people with this symptoms also have trouble falling to sleep, Obesity is the most important risk factor for sleep apnea. A person who is overweight may have more fat stored around his or her neck. This may make the airway smaller. A smaller airway can make breathing difficult or loud (because of snoring), or breathing may stop altogether for short periods of time. In addition, fat stored in the neck and throughout the body may produce substances that cause inflammation. Inflammation in the neck is a risk factor for sleep apnea.
Osteoarthritis.
Osteoarthritis is a common health problem that causes pain and stiffness in your joints. Osteoarthritis is often related to aging or to an injury, and most often affects the joints of the hands, knees, hips, and lower back. if untreated from time to time you joints can lock up Being overweight is one of the risk factors for osteoarthritis, along with joint injury, older age, and genetic factors. Extra weight may place extra pressure on joints and cartilage (the hard but slippery tissue that covers the ends of your bones at a joint), causing them to wear away. In addition, people with more body fat may have higher blood levels of substances that cause inflammation. Inflamed joints may raise the risk for osteoarthritis .
Fatty Liver Disease.
Who know you could get Fatty Liver Disease from being Large person as well as drinking Fatty liver disease, also known as nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH), occurs when fat builds up in the liver and causes injury. Fatty liver disease may lead to severe liver damage, cirrhosis (scar tissue), or even liver failure.Fatty liver disease usually produces mild or no symptoms. It is like alcoholic liver disease, but it isn’t caused by alcohol and can occur in people who drink little or no alcohol. The cause of fatty liver disease is still not known. The disease most often affects people who are middle-aged, overweight or obese, and/or diabetic. Fatty liver disease may also affect children.
Kidney Disease.
Your kidneys are two bean-shaped organs that filter blood, removing extra water and waste products, which become urine. Your kidneys also help control blood pressure so that your body can stay healthy.Kidney disease means that the kidneys are damaged and can’t filter blood like they should. This damage can cause wastes to build up in the body. It can also cause other problems that can harm your health. Obesity increases the risk of diabetes and high blood pressure, the most common causes of chronic kidney disease. Recent studies suggest that even in the absence of these risks, obesity itself may promote chronic kidney disease and quicken its progress,
Clothing
This isn’t really a danger but it relates to our topic, I do not know about you guys but shopping for clothes are a hassle when your overweight not only do you need to try on like 12 different pair of jeans or shirts and make sure they are comfy and fit you well but have you seen the price tags on the clothing for big and tall people with all that cash i could open up a swat shop and have clothes made a a responsible price, the other day I went shopping for some clothes i got 2 pair of pants 2 shirts 2 belts all size 50 in waist all that added up to $75 dollars all these items i got were from the clearance section, I went to shop at one of the cheapest places I know of Burlington coat Factory, the bigger you are the more you pay why do we have to pay a lot more,
Mental & Emotional Instability.
Social Stigma, Self-Esteem & Bullying, Depression, Emotional Eating, Discrimination are all things related to being Obese to me this is one of the most important and deadliest problem we live in a society that is always pouring crap on us by the way we look dress act and unfortunately it shuts down or mind n feelings which we need the most in order to be able to pull through and achieve our goals, I know it is very easy to shut people out and stay a lone when people call you a fatass or much worse you have to take all that angry and bullshit people feed you and use it to your advantage to go out and make it a mission to change not for them but for yourself and your loved one, do not let them push you in that deep whole of depression do not let them lower your self esteem n if you have someone who is bullying you do not be afraid to fight back its the only way to keep your confidence and build up your esteem, there will ways be some people to Discriminate on fat people but do your best not to deprive yourself of any social interactions and most certainly to do not try to filled the void with more food that will not help. so take all the crap that hateful close minded people would give you and use it as a weapon to motivate you to work out eat less go out more, and transform yourself and by happy, this is the only real way to win later when you lost 50 to 125 pounds you can rub their faces in it, just because you feel great and to be a little spiteful, there is nothing wrong with that.
