Upgrading yourself.
You’re going to find this article in my business category because before you can even think about starting , running, operating and even owning a business, or getting new apartment or house, and even traveling around the world, you must first take the time to refine and change a lot of things in yourself and your personal life. I plan on sharing 8 step-by-step infomation that has help me be able to make these changings in order for me to be able to plan my business im sure it can help some of you out their too, we all need an upgrade to be better than we are now but a lot of us do not know were to start or have been lied to by many other people, I’m here to share what I know hoping it can help somone out

Step 1 Reflection– why are you taking time to reflect because it is very important to take some time to reflect on your life and the lives of people around you friends, family, acquaintances, neighbors see who is successful in life and who is not which one of these people have reached a goals in which one of these people are not doing anything, then ask yourself if you have everything you want on the life and how can you get and what are the steps to doing so. Finding inspire would you can do this on my own will help you greatly there is no moment for change if we can’t have some time to think about what we need to change.

Step 2 Goal Setting- Set realistic goals for yourself. Make a list of your top priorities for each day each week and the tomorrow when you set your goals make sure they are realistic and obtainable by setting up time periods for you to reach some goals start off with something simple like taking a half an hour to read, or working out for half an hour or eating something healthier than normal these slows steps will help you in the long run to try and achieve your bigger goals. One of the best ways to set yourself a goal is to word them as positive statement, right each new goals in order of importance and with precise details, so it is important to you have a healthy breakfast in the morning write that down and write down the few things you think is healthy, each of your goals should be measured by performance not outcomes so that you have enough time to change or tweak anything if you need to give the new much more control.

Step 3 Planning– first you need to find an area where you can sit down with no distractions and without being bothered so that you can set up your plan also include what do you need to accomplish a plan, in order to sit down and write down your plans and goals you must also eliminate the demons known as procrastination and excuse -itis Cresta nation being I’ll do this later I’ll do this and I were all do this tomorrow, and excuse-itis being I can’t get this done because this or that were whatever excuse pops into your head the way to combat this is to focus and execute your your time to plan out stuff. planning is a great way to organize itself plan out how you going to reach your goals goals for what can help you and how would you get the people or the items you need in order to help you and they deadline so that you can do it by.

Step 4 setbacks and positivity – with everything we do there is always roadblocks in life we need to accept these setbacks I know that it is extremely difficult to deal with things that don’t work out in our favor or to have something these slows down and block our past and what we want to do so in order to deal with these setbacks we need to figure out how to get around them so that we can achieve our goals by staying positive and learning from our mistakes and taking some time to rearrange and re-strategize find some positive people or quotes or music to listen too, we also need to find confidence in net trying to make the same mistake twice to figure out what went wrong the first time and had to deal with it without blaming anyone else, and I know that in a situation like this it is hard to stay positive but we can learn a lot from our mistakes and on your experiences with teaches how to help others and that’s always a positive thing to do.

Step 5 Peoples B.S Negativity– no matter what we do want life there is always going to be sometime a hater bullish it is someone with a lot of criticism and a lot of negativity to what we do or don’t do in 90% of the time that is going to come from friends and family we all have people we would like to share things with but we cant cuz they are way too negative or way to critical it is best to not share your ideas or goals with them i promise you that all of their bad negative energy and problems will rub off on you and slow you down or put more bull shit in your way and that is the last thing that we all need in our lives do not let their negative energy surround you at all. One of the few ways I can suggest is medication to clear your mind spirit and or of the Lord is negative bull ship people to let you. Another way to deal with Sam’s trying not to engage when they are sucking you into an argument were being really negative the something you’re doing all you like. Also set some boundaries if somebody Bull shit and negativity get into you then limit your time with them, I know these is some hard things to do I’ve been living when negativity and criticism my entire life from friends and family and even though I don’t see much of them I still hear a lot of bad things from them which kind of this is me off but like I said don’t engage.

Step 6 Changes- Making even the smallest changes to your daily routine can help you feel less bored with life. We all need a change in our lives but let us start small like waking up at 7 or 8 am, start working out, and clearing things out of the house that you no longer need or want or use but do not throw these things away give them to the less fortunate, now that you got rid of a few things around the house move a few things around this would help bring a new type of energy in your house and to you, add some positive and beneficial things to your day and let go of the bad, and the thing about making small changes in your everyday life eventually would lead you to making be important changes to be more happier you can get it new group of fun to hang out with you can either begin or end relationships change isn’t always a bad things to do not be afraid of it by many people in the world who are afraid of it and are still stuck in the same situations changing is really get :-).

Step 7 Expose yourself- Step seven is funny take the time to join groups or talk to people who have what you want out of life introduce yourself talk to them and even take time to read about or famous people have done to get where they are like Robert kiyosaki, Napoleon Hill, Donald Trump, and a few others and then nature, one of my favorite sources is called meet ups.com it is a website where you join groups based on your hobbies and interests and every mile you will get together in person in engage with each other this is ideal for anybody trying to find new friends and business partners and stuff like that so please try it you will not be disappointed. Tried going to any street fair or events happening around your local area and a lot of will be free so go engage with people there and enjoy yourself, train yourself to associate and speak to more people you never know which people will click with you and who might be able to help you reach any of your goals.

Step 8- limiting or Exing people out- this is the most important step it will be hard for a lot of you people to do this but sometimes in life we had to do things that we do not want to do everybody in your life was to -2 critical that a full bullshit and that is always bringing stress and problems through your life start limiting your time and your contact with them whether they are friends or family members all of that will hold you and will keep holding you back unless you do something about them I myself have gotten rid of 24 people that I considered friends in 95% of my family members and the soon as I did this step I notice a drastic change I was happier I wasn’t worried as much and I will finally getting things done reading more writing articles exercising working on websites reading about business how to run in all months and not having to worry about other people stressing me out because I did this I was able to stop being under medications and I don’t have to see a therapists anymore I am mostly stress free now these steps have helped me and I’m sure that they can and will help you too.so please try them

There goes my eight steps to upgrading yourself these things work for me tremendously and they worked for a few people I know I’m sharing them because I wanted to help some people a very very smart individual said that you can have everything you want out of life and more if you are willing to help a few people along the way that has always stuck with me and I’m hoping that to be true. You can take my eight steps to modify them so that they can work out for you better and in your personal time at a few of the steps that can help you up each person situate is different and we must do what is best for us with a little help from others we can find the right tool and the right way to help yourself and others out, this will lead to a total and complete Upgrade,

Now before I get to my subject i would like to take some time tot tell you why i am qualify to speak on this matter, unlike 90% of other blogs on this matter most of the write are Physical Trainers, Body builders, Health nuts and Doctors but how many Blogs about Obesity are written by Fat,Chubby, Big boned, Large, Thrumpy, Obese , Bulky, Pudgy, Chunky, Plump, husky, Medical Complications of Obesityr JumboTron what ever it is most people call us I really do not have time to be politically correct about the name, My point is how many of these bloggers or people who write articles about being Obese are actually fat like me that’s why I am qualified to speak on this matter, as someone who has experience with being a large man, i wanted to write the 11 most dangerous Health hazards that people inherit by being Obese and how they are connected I want to try and help others understand why staying this way isn’t a good idea and next week I’m going to write about some things to do to lose a few pounds in order to get ready for a harder work out,
Type 2 Diabetes.
It isn’t clear why people who are overweight are more likely to develop this disease.I think being overweight causes cells to change making them resistant to the hormone insulin. Insulin carries sugar from blood to the cells, The Cells that makes Insulin works extra hard to try and keep blood sugar normal this can be a reason why these cells fail, Type 2 diabetes is a disease in which blood sugar levels are above normal. High blood sugar is a major cause of heart disease, kidney disease, stroke, amputation, and blindness. . Family history and genes play a large role in type 2 diabetes. Other risk factors include a low activity level, poor diet, and excess body weight around the waist. In the United States, type 2 diabetes is more common among blacks, Latinos, and American Indians than among whites. About 80 percent of people with type 2 diabetes are overweight or obese. you do not want to have any form of Diabetes you have to constantly watch what you eat and drink not to mention inject yourself with insulin a lot which can be a tremendous pain and one of the worst things is that if your not careful and do not follow what they doctors says you could lose some toes or a foot and let’s be honest people none of us want to lose body parts,
High Blood Pressure.
Every time your heart beats, it pumps blood through your arteries to the rest of your body. Blood pressure is how hard your blood pushes against the walls of your arteries. High blood pressure Some people say (hypertension) usually has no symptoms that is a lie from personal experience being in hypertension sucks ass you feel over heated headaches, dizziness and a lot of sweating , these symptoms may cause serious problems, such as heart disease, stroke, and kidney failure High blood pressure is linked to overweight and obesity in several ways. Having a large body size may increase blood pressure because your heart needs to pump harder to supply blood to all your cells. Excess fat may also damage your kidneys, which help regulate blood pressure. A blood pressure of 120/80 mm Hg (often referred to as “120 over 80”) is considered normal. If the top number (systolic blood pressure) is consistently 130 or higher or the bottom number (diastolic blood pressure) is 90 or higher, you are considered to have high blood pressure. if you take a blood pressure test and you get 132/90 or high your in pre or hypertension stage so please be careful and try to low it down.
Heart Disease.
People who are overweight or obese often have health problems that may increase the risk for heart disease. These health problems include high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and high blood sugar. In addition, excess weight may cause changes to your heart that make it work harder to send blood to all the cells in your body. Heart disease is a term used to describe several problems that may affect your heart. The most common type of problem happens when a blood vessel that carries blood to the heart becomes hard and narrow. This may keep the heart from getting all the blood it needs. Other problems may affect how well the heart pumps. If you have heart disease, you may suffer from a heart attack, heart failure, sudden cardiac death, angina (chest pain), or abnormal heart rhythm. Heart disease is the leading cause of death in the United State heart Disease isn’t a joke please make sure to go and check your self out when ASAP .
Stroke & Heart
Overweight and obesity are known to increase blood pressure. High blood pressure is the leading cause of strokes. Excess weight also increases your chances of developing other problems linked to strokes, including high cholesterol, high blood sugar, and heart disease.A stroke happens when the flow of blood to a part of your brain stops, causing brain cells to die. The most common type of stroke, called ischemic stroke, occurs when a blood clot blocks an artery that carries blood to the brain. Another type of stroke, called hemorrhagic stroke, happens when a blood vessel in the brain bursts. Strokes can leave you paralyze if you are able to survive I know I would hate to end up unable to work on my business or go to conventions.
Cancer.
This is new to me I have never heard of people getting cancer for being overweight, Gaining weight as an adult increases the risk for several cancers, even if the weight gain doesn’t result in overweight or obesity. he is something interesting It isn’t known exactly how being overweight increases cancer risk. Fat cells may release hormones that affect cell growth, leading to cancer. Also, eating or lack physical activity habits that may lead to being overweight may also contribute to cancer risk. Cancer occurs when cells in one part of the body, such as the colon, grow abnormally or out of control. The cancerous cells sometimes spread to other parts of the body, such as the liver. Cancer is the second leading cause of death receiving Kimo or radiation for cancer treatment is really painful and sometimes will make u sicker than you already are ,
Sleep Apnea.
Sleep apnea is a condition in which a person has one or more pauses in breathing during sleep. A person who has sleep apnea may suffer from daytime sleepiness, difficulty focusing, and even heart failure. some times people with this symptoms also have trouble falling to sleep, Obesity is the most important risk factor for sleep apnea. A person who is overweight may have more fat stored around his or her neck. This may make the airway smaller. A smaller airway can make breathing difficult or loud (because of snoring), or breathing may stop altogether for short periods of time. In addition, fat stored in the neck and throughout the body may produce substances that cause inflammation. Inflammation in the neck is a risk factor for sleep apnea.
Osteoarthritis.
Osteoarthritis is a common health problem that causes pain and stiffness in your joints. Osteoarthritis is often related to aging or to an injury, and most often affects the joints of the hands, knees, hips, and lower back. if untreated from time to time you joints can lock up Being overweight is one of the risk factors for osteoarthritis, along with joint injury, older age, and genetic factors. Extra weight may place extra pressure on joints and cartilage (the hard but slippery tissue that covers the ends of your bones at a joint), causing them to wear away. In addition, people with more body fat may have higher blood levels of substances that cause inflammation. Inflamed joints may raise the risk for osteoarthritis .
Fatty Liver Disease.
Who know you could get Fatty Liver Disease from being Large person as well as drinking Fatty liver disease, also known as nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH), occurs when fat builds up in the liver and causes injury. Fatty liver disease may lead to severe liver damage, cirrhosis (scar tissue), or even liver failure.Fatty liver disease usually produces mild or no symptoms. It is like alcoholic liver disease, but it isn’t caused by alcohol and can occur in people who drink little or no alcohol. The cause of fatty liver disease is still not known. The disease most often affects people who are middle-aged, overweight or obese, and/or diabetic. Fatty liver disease may also affect children.
Kidney Disease.
Your kidneys are two bean-shaped organs that filter blood, removing extra water and waste products, which become urine. Your kidneys also help control blood pressure so that your body can stay healthy.Kidney disease means that the kidneys are damaged and can’t filter blood like they should. This damage can cause wastes to build up in the body. It can also cause other problems that can harm your health. Obesity increases the risk of diabetes and high blood pressure, the most common causes of chronic kidney disease. Recent studies suggest that even in the absence of these risks, obesity itself may promote chronic kidney disease and quicken its progress,
Clothing
This isn’t really a danger but it relates to our topic, I do not know about you guys but shopping for clothes are a hassle when your overweight not only do you need to try on like 12 different pair of jeans or shirts and make sure they are comfy and fit you well but have you seen the price tags on the clothing for big and tall people with all that cash i could open up a swat shop and have clothes made a a responsible price, the other day I went shopping for some clothes i got 2 pair of pants 2 shirts 2 belts all size 50 in waist all that added up to $75 dollars all these items i got were from the clearance section, I went to shop at one of the cheapest places I know of Burlington coat Factory, the bigger you are the more you pay why do we have to pay a lot more,
Mental & Emotional Instability.
Social Stigma, Self-Esteem & Bullying, Depression, Emotional Eating, Discrimination are all things related to being Obese to me this is one of the most important and deadliest problem we live in a society that is always pouring crap on us by the way we look dress act and unfortunately it shuts down or mind n feelings which we need the most in order to be able to pull through and achieve our goals, I know it is very easy to shut people out and stay a lone when people call you a fatass or much worse you have to take all that angry and bullshit people feed you and use it to your advantage to go out and make it a mission to change not for them but for yourself and your loved one, do not let them push you in that deep whole of depression do not let them lower your self esteem n if you have someone who is bullying you do not be afraid to fight back its the only way to keep your confidence and build up your esteem, there will ways be some people to Discriminate on fat people but do your best not to deprive yourself of any social interactions and most certainly to do not try to filled the void with more food that will not help. so take all the crap that hateful close minded people would give you and use it as a weapon to motivate you to work out eat less go out more, and transform yourself and by happy, this is the only real way to win later when you lost 50 to 125 pounds you can rub their faces in it, just because you feel great and to be a little spiteful, there is nothing wrong with that.

Trailers.

Movie trailers have become world wide source of entertainment and a good conversation start with people who love movies, I enjoy them myself but lately i have been avoiding trailers due to my realization of a few key things we all know trailers have a job to get its to put asses in seats on opening day which isn’t a bad thing my problem is about the trailers themselves before I get to that I would like to give you a very Brief History lesson.

History: the first movie theater opened up in 1910 three years later in 1913 a man In New York City, Nils, Granlund, advertising manager of Marcus Loew theaters, made a short little promotional film for the Broadway play “Pleasure Seekers” showcasing actual rehearsal footage. The idea of showing ads between films was a hit. At the same time In Chicago a man named Col. William Selig, one of film’s earliest pioneers, would engineer another way to get audiences to the movies. Selig noticed the popularity of print serials in newspapers so he approached the Chicago Tribune, a newspaper embattled in a circulation ward for who could be the most sensationalist, to adapt a film version of a print serial. The result was a 13 episode serial entitled “The Adventures of Kathlyn” It is very interesting and amazing to know that the first two trailers ever were not even for movie however they help pave the way to get the movie trailers that we are enjoy know and love today. one more little piece of information in 1916 Movie studios started to take over promotions and filming for trailers before that they were all done by the movie theaters themselves, A lot of film historians and expert still debate about which year the first trailer was introduced 1913 or 1916.

Are Trailers to long?:

What is the average standard movie trailer s ? its about 2 minutes and 30 seconds now a days most movie trailers last about 3 to 4 minutes Long I think that its way too long and I really wish that the movie studios would consider lowering the time for a trailer to no Longer than 1 minute and 30 seconds I have a few reasons why they should do this, having a long trailer will decrease the excitement and anticipation for the product that studios are trying to get people to watch. remember some times less is more you can still achieve the same level of excitement for a movie by making the trailers 1:30 try it out for a while and ask around see how it works. I do know that their are a few groups out their trying to change it so that Movie trailers are shorter I just don’t know how short they want it and their names,

Misleading Trailers:

This is an one thing I have a huge problem with Movie trailers that are misleading like Drive the trailer makes it seem as if it was some kind of action movie when it really wasn’t I am one of those people that if i am lied to by the trailer and see the movie I ask for my money back the studios need to pay more attention to this, if they keep doing this then other people will start asking for their money back too , misleading trailers really makes me angry,

Trailers give out too much info:

My other problem which is a huge down side in watching trailers other than being way to long is that they divulge way too much information of the movie there has been many movies that has left audiences extremely disappointed because most of the plot have been shown in the trailer which made me not like the movie cuz i already knew what was coming and if you do not believe me please read my list of a few movies watch the trailers then what the movie and let me know what you though if the trailer gave out way too much of the plot or have mess up a very important part of the movie.

1. Iron Man 3 , 2. Terminator Salvation, 3. Carrie, 4.Lord of the Rings the two Towers , 5. Funny people

6.Kick Ass 2 , 7. Dusk til Dawn, 8.The Island , 9. Pacific Rim 10, Amazing Spider-man 2

These are just a few examples their are an other 5,000 or more other movies way too many to list, but for Seasoned movie goers having a long trailer with so much of the plot can really damage the opinion of people seeing the movie plus it can and will detour them from seeing the movie all together.

Teasers or trails of trailers:

Recently studios have been making teaser trailers or some would call trailers for trailers which is very stupid and a complete waste of time and money to make a trailer for 30 seconds? so if any movie people are reading this just make a full trailer and don’t deal with all this other B.S it would make all our lives a lot better,

Trailer Splicing:

Let’s play a little game I’m going to take a trailer for a movie in show it in its entirety then I’m going to edit and show the shorter version of the trailer to see if this still gets the same reaction from people and the people was still go to see the movie based on the shorter trailer.please forgive me for any mistakes its my first time editing a video.

I purposely left out the scenes with the Hulk Busters cuz I felt like they should have left that as a surprise for fans, & I really wanted to use the song Fight has one by Bad City they did the Avengers Earths Mightiest Heroes theme but I didn’t know how to add it in, and if any one from Marvel is reading this use that song in Avengers 3 or 4. So people what did you think of the short version did it give away too much or did it make you want or not want to see the Movie?

Cheerios Controversial Commercial

Cheerios a National band name Cereal that most of us have grown up eating and enjoying for a long time have been receiving a lot of negative, hateful and Unnecessary back lash over their latest t.v ad
The Commercial is about a little biracial mixed girl talking to her White Mom about if it’s true that cheerios is good for your heart after her mom tells her yes the little girls puts Cheerios all over her Black fathers heart which is something that is meant to be cute however people lost their minds over this very innocent ad and flooded the Cheerios you tube Channel with thousand negative and hateful comment it got so bad that they had to disabled the comment section of the you tube video, According to AdWeek, the comments devolved into references to Nazis, “troglodytes” and “racial genocide” I have no idea how they got such messages from this Ad but it proves that people only see and hear what they want to or they are using this to get out all their negativity online cuz they think their is no way to track them.

In a age where we have a Black president and Same sex marriage why we still have a lot of racism and hate there are plenty of other things that need our attention, helping the poor, animal cruelty, Child abuse, helping the Sick n Elderly Not attacking a company and people who live like this for an innocent commercial that was telling people how much times have change, {Although having the brother sleeping on the coach during the middle of the day didn’t help them lol that my personal thoughts},

General Mils stated that they are happy with their Commercial and they refuse to pull it down and all the raciest have to deal with it, personally I am happy they are sticking up for themselves and even though they have so many malicious words for them they also have a lot of supporters n people backing them up,
